That’s why we operate on a ‘no sale no fee’ basis with no sneaky costs and our agreements don’t tie clients to us when they don’t want to be with just a 2 week notice period that can be exercised at any time. We give you the freedom to leave so you have the confidence to stay. We can’t tell you of the number of people who say ‘I didn’t realise how long, they are no good, what can I do?'
Commitment: The way our business is set up, the way our staff are recruited, trained, managed and paid all contribute to their feeling of empowerment and value. Marketing: When you choose us you are choosing the marketing we offer. Our focus is on marketing that works to sell your property not our brand. We use graysandco.co.uk, onthemarket.com, rightmove.co.uk, Facebook online as well as our office windows, eye catching For Sale signs and high quality brochures. When our marketing attracts enquiries our team get to work and make sure that we do all we can to sell the property enquired about or another one we have available - we are not passive in our approach.
People: The best of intentions are impossible to implement without the best people to deliver them.
